The view from the room was incredible! Located near the historic harbor, we had a lovely and easily accessible weekend. the breakfast buffet was delightful, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Extremely friendly and helpful Reception staff. They had a good knowledge of local restaurants and were happy to make bookings for us. Breakfast choice was excellent. The Hotel was close to the Port for boat trips to the Islands and a short walk to the shopping centre and the various Museums/Aquariums.

Although we had a view of the Baltic Coast and Rugen island, this was slightly spoilt by the building site and crane to the left of the hotel. They should be finished soon though based on the somewhat unconventional building methods - using panels of polystyrene cemented onto metal frames and covering with soil.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room we had was unexpectedly spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient for exploring the city center and the harbor. rental bikes were available for a reasonable price.

High ceiling room, big toilette, clean room, nice cosy restaurant.

Parking costs 9 euros. Its not much at all but I would appreciate if they told me earlier and mostly if it was for free since it belongs to the hotel and not to some other company that rents out the parking.

Great location close to the city center and with a beautiful view of the harbor. Clean and spacious room with excellent service from the staff. Free parking available in the lane adjoining the hotel.

Super Staff ... Front Desk was very professional, helpful, and pleasant. Hotel is in a great location for getting around, both on foot and in a car.

Understand why they don't have air conditioning ... having a fan available would have been very nice.

We stayed at this hotel and were impressed by the luxurious and comfortable experience it provided. The location was perfect, just outside the city center, allowing us to easily explore the charming Altstad on foot. The room we had was incredibly spacious, one of the largest we've ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to assist and provide recommendations. We took advantage of the bicycle hire service, which allowed us to explore the area more conveniently. we were delighted with the enhanced comfort and quality services offered here.

A comfortable and clean room in a hotel that was reasonably close to the town and harbourside restaurants. The hotel could be reached by a short bus journey from the main railway station. The buffet breakfast was reasonable. This was the second of two Arcona-managed hotels where we experienced room allocation problems.

We originally booked an executive room and requested a non-smoking room on a high floor in a quiet location. We were allocated a room on the lowest floor in a particularly noisy location. On expressing our disappointment we were then offered a smoking room. Finally, we were offered a room on a high floor at the rear of the hotel which proved to be entirely satisfactory and, as it was a comfort room, we saved some money.

Loved the location and the fact it has car parking. It is everything you want from a no frills hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect for business travelers. It is conveniently situated near the city center and within close proximity to the waterfront. the rooms are of a good size and are clean and tidy. the staff are friendly and accommodating. There is a wide selection of food served for breakfast. the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable with plenty of facilities to keep you occupied.

The overall cleanliness was not up to par as there were some hairs left in the bathroom from the previous guests. Additionally, the carpet in the room was quite dirty. While the hotel provided free Wi-Fi, there was no kettle in the room, which made it difficult to make tea or coffee.
